Wall Street was trading at a slight rally, highlighting the technology sector once again, but with the focus on Washington focusing on tax reform and eventual shutdown. Tomorrow, the deadline for Congress to reach an agreement on a change in the debt ceiling, under penalty of the American State ceasing a part of its activity. Broadcom stock appreciated more than 1 percent after the chip maker reported higher-than-expected results.
